What we collect, and why.

RVNU is a revenue advisory practice founded by Wayne Morris. This site is rvnu.co. If you have a question about anything here, write to hello@rvnu.co.

rvnu.co sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Reading it collects nothing about you.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server access logs (such as IP address, browser, and pages requested) for a short period to run and secure the service. Netlify's own privacy policy covers those logs.

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google. Google's privacy policy covers that request.

When you book 15 minutes with Wayne, the booking runs through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you chose, and anything you type into the booking form, and stores it under Calendly's privacy policy.

RVNU uses that information to hold the call, to send you the calendar invitation and reminders, and to follow up afterwards if you asked us to. We do not add you to a mailing list because you booked a call.

The free diagnostic at gtmscore.ai asks sixteen questions about your company and for a work email address to send the result to. RVNU stores your answers and your email so that we can send you your GTM Score, and so that Wayne can read it before a call if you book one.

Your answers are never published, never shared with a third party, and never used to score or rank your company anywhere public. Aggregate patterns across many diagnostics, with nothing that identifies a company, may inform how RVNU describes the framework.

If you write to hello@rvnu.co, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to answer you. Email is handled by our email provider under that provider's policy.

The RVNU newsletter is published on Substack. Subscribing to it is a separate choice, made on Substack, under Substack's policy.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email hello@rvnu.co and we will do it. Deleting a diagnostic result means we can no longer show it to you, so say if you want a copy first.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes, for example adding analytics to the site, will be described here before they take effect.
